Modular

Isomasters Modular panels offer the opportunity to build large, expandable coldrooms and frozen storage areas in a very efficient way. The panels are so-called insulated sandwich panels that consist of two solid steel sheets between which we inject polyurethane foam (PUR). During the production process we add the typical isomasters locks and provide a tongue and groove joint to all panels. This allows you to install the panels in a perfectly airtight way.

Panel thickness

Modular coldroom panels are available in five thicknesses: 60, 80, 100, 140 and 180 mm. As a general rule, the thicker the panels are, the more suitable they are for deep-freeze applications. To select the right thickness for your project, look at the specific U-insulation value of the various panels, but also keep in mind that ambient temperatures and humidity play a part when installing a coldroom or freezer. 

No matter what thickness you choose for your coldstore panels, each of our panels is equipped with the isomasters locking system, and a tongue and groove on each side. In addition, we only use high-quality galvanised steel sheets for the production of our sandwich panels. If you order the standard panels, you will receive panels made of white (RAL 9010) steel plate, finished with a CleanSafe 25µm coating. 
Other colours and stainless steel finishes are also available via the numerous options that we are happy to offer you. We recommend to opt for a 55µm PET coating in case the panels are intensively cleaned or will be mounted in aggressive environments (such as salty environments). Installation

Two elements ensure that you will install the isomasters coldroom panels very easily and quickly. First and foremost through our unique locking system that we include on every side of the panels. This system consists of a hook and a shaft that you can control by means of a hexagonal wrench. You'll find this key with our ordered panels. By turning the hook over the shaft with the provided key, you ensure that the panels connect airtightly. In addition, we use a tooth and a groove side which also allow the panels to slide into each other perfectly, which contributes in turn to a cold bridge-free structure. 

Through this system you can desmantle your construction and rebuild at another location. Moreover, it is also easy to expand existing cold stores whenever you need more space. 

Coldroom doors

Isomasters cold room doors are doors with a "foamed-in frame". This means that the frames of these doors are on the same level as the door leafs. Which implies that you don't have to work with "overlapping frames". The frames of these doors contain the isomasters locking system with a lock and a shaft and, thus, also contribute to a perfect thermal bridge-free construction.

As is the case with coldstore panels, we supply these doors with white (RAL 9010) steel sheets with a CleanSafe 25µm coating. Of course there are several options such as different colours and stainless steel, coatings, door handles and hinges, etc.
