Industrial cold- and freezer-room doors

‘Aggressive’ environments, such as those found in the fish- or meat-curing and smoking sectors, are much more demanding when it comes to infrastructure. For such areas we always recommend the most durable materials. On the one hand, durability ensures all materials are able to withstand damage from harsh ingredients such as salt. On the other, our customers need to be able to clean the walls and doors in a speedy, efficient manner. This is why we have developed a range of super-strong industrial sliding doors for cold-rooms and walk-in freezers which have been specially designed to withstand the most aggressive environments, as well as high-pressure cleaning methods. Most importantly, each door’s super-insulating qualities remain uncompromised. Our industrial sliding doors close off temperature-controlled areas with an airtight seal.


We supply two types:
  • IPE: industrial sliding doors for positive temperatures
  • INE: industrial sliding doors for negative temperatures

The door leaf consists for both types of two galvanised and pre-lacquered steel sheets, between which polyurethane (PUR) is injected. The door leaf is 100 mm thick. At the bottom of the door we provide an adjustable rubber, a single one for a cold room door and a double for freezer doors. The rubber seal we attach to three sides of the sliding door is always a double, whether you order a coldroom or a freezer door. Finally, we add a stainless steel frame around the door leaf of this type of sliding door.

A standard door leaf of a sliding coldroom door consists of two white (RAL9010), pre-lacquered steel sheets, finished with a Cleansafe 25µm coating. Between the two sheets we inject polyurethane (PUR) during the production process. 
If you prefer a colour other than RAL9010, you can select the colour of your choice as an option and add it to your order. 
Furthermore, we offer the PET55 (Cleansafe 55µm) coating as an option as well. We recommend this coating when the doors will be installed in aggressive environments (such as salty environments) or when they will be cleaned very intensively. 
Moreover, various stainless steel finishes are available. We offer five different options (RVS Cleansafe): 
  • Stainless steel 304 sun brushed
  • Stainless steel 304 line brushed
  • Stainless steel 304 smooth unpolished
  • Stainless steel 304 linen design
  • Stainless steel 316 sun brushed

We offer PVC, aluminium and stainless steel frames for the heavy sliding coldroom and freezer doors.

One of the options you can select when ordering a light sliding coldroom or freezer door is the basic automation package. In this basic package you will find the following elements:
  • electromechanical fully automatic motor
  • prewired command board IP56
  • edgemount security on the closing side is included with every ALU250 rail.
  • 1 push button (start/stop) exterior
  • 1 push button (start/stop) interior
  • railtrack covering
  • timer
  • without cables and cable channels
  • without mounting accessories
You can also order the following mounting accessories from isomasters as an addition to the basic automation package:
